I wanted to write to tell you how impressed we were when you showed my wife and I through your Centre the other day. We have enrolled our daughter after one of your staff, I think her name was Kristy, explained how she would be looked after during the orientation and then went on to explain how the Centre Policies & Procedures are used to make sure everthing about our daughter’s care is considered and well managed.
