Toddler Room (18months- 2.5 years)

At Pearl Street, here in our Toddler Room, your child will be welcomed into a safe, stimulating and fun environment to enhance their learning. 

Our Learning Program within the Toddler Room provides your child with an inspiring environment and the opportunity to explore and influence their own experiences and learning. Our Educational Program builds on your child's interests and development, extending on their self-help skills, their interactions with others and their investigative skills.

Singing, dancing, drawing and painting are all  favourite  activities of this age group and form part of the daily toddler program.   Educators role-model  socialisation  skills and encourage language development. Programs are designed to extend on the children's interests, their  growing social and emotional skills, physical development, cognitive and creative abilities.

In this age group, children are encouraged to accomplish various self-help skills such as feeding and dressing themselves. Children are encouraged to develop friendships and confidence as they interact with their peers and educators. Educators assist with toilet training and children are provided with the time and patience to achieve this goal.

It is delightful to watch your child gain confidence and expand on their developing abilities and knowledge as new and exciting learning experiences are introduced.
